  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials

  • Any misuse, unauthorized sharing, or misleading information may result in account suspension

3. Provider Responsibilities

  • Healthcare providers must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing telehealth services
  • Providers must guarantee that patient interactions remain professional, confidential, and secure
  • Any breach of medical ethics or misuse of patient data may result in account termination

4. Communication and Consent

  • By using Prime Health and Wellness, you consent to receiving messages, emails, and notifications from your provider
  • Patients must explicitly consent to communication via Prime Health and Wellness and may opt out at any time
  • Providers may use automated or manual messaging to share important health information

HIPAA Compliance

All patient information is handled in compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) and other applicable data protection laws.

Your data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law or for treatment purposes.

Prime Health and Wellness implements security measures to protect patient-provider interactions from unauthorized access.

5. How We Share Your Information

We may share your data only as permitted by HIPAA and other applicable laws:

  • With Healee, our patient portal provider, for secure platform operations
  • With pharmacies or labs to fulfill care plans

  • With technology vendors who support secure infrastructure (under signed Business Associate Agreements)

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising purposes.

If you are a patient receiving care through our platform, you have the right to:

  • Request restrictions on certain uses or disclosures

  • You understand that Prime Health and Wellness is a secure platform for telehealth services and that your medical records may be stored electronically

  • Your participation in Prime Health and Wellness does not create an emergency care relationship; in case of a medical emergency, you should seek immediate in-person care

13. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed securely through approved payment processors
  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information
